- Student Engagement: Help students with their work, providing one-on-one support as needed.
- Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive learning environment by managing behavior and facilitating group activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, maintain records, and manage classroom supplies.
- Communication: Liaise between the teacher and students, and sometimes with parents.
