- Carry out the full life-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions and levels which includes posting, sourcing, reviewing resumes and screening candidates, making offers, and following up.
- Supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruitment metrics.
- Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed.
- Setting the Recruitment team KPI's
- Execute all aspects of the recruitment strategy including efficient infrastructure, hiring manager engagement, diversity sourcing, and branding.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers in all aspects of recruitment and interviewing techniques.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager.Software company experience is preferred.Excellent in English (Spoken and written).Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub, Behance, …..etc).Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems is essential.Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.Aptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.Strong decision-making skills.
