Digital Marketing Manager

  • Develop Marketing Strategies:  develops digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, such as increasing brand awareness and boosting sales.
  • Manage Digital Campaigns: Oversees the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and websites.
  • Data Analysis: Utilizes analytics tools to track performance and evaluate campaign results, adjusting strategies based on insights gathered.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Works to enhance the company's visibility in search engine results through effective SEO techniques.
  • Social Media Management: Manages the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content that attracts and interacts with the audience.
  • Content Creation: Responsible for developing creative and compelling content (such as articles, videos, and infographics) that engages customers and promotes the brand.
  • Budget Management: Determines the budget needed for marketing campaigns and ensures effective utilization to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Works closely with design, sales, and IT teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with brand objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven working experience in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
