- Maintain the physical infrastructure, such as cleaning, repairing equipment, ensuring safety standards, and managing the overall upkeep of the premises.
- Assist in Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members including receptionists, HK & maintenance personnel.
- Provide assistance and guidance to members regarding programs, equipment, class schedules, and membership queries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including procedures, emergency protocols, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
- Manage member databases and ensuring accurate records of attendance and billing.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).Previous experience in fitness center management or related field.Strong leadership and managerial skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.Outstanding organizational skills.Work on shift basis, morning shift from 7 am to 3 pm and evening shift from 3 pm to 11 pm.
