- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement 5s and Continuous Improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Speaks and writes in English.
