Job description
Responsibilities:
- Experience in sourcing and dealing with foreign recruitment offices.
- Overseeing the hiring process and improving it.
- Checking the CVs to select suitable candidates and comparing them to the job requirements we are looking for.
- Ensuring that the candidate provides all required documents.
- Doing monthly/weekly needed reports related to candidates’ data, such as the number of CVs that were rejected, accepted, canceled…. etc.
- Dealing with different agencies to clarify notes and issues related to candidates’ data.
- Communicated with various recruitment offices to explain the requirements and procedures necessary to upload CVs correctly.
- Ready to travel to East Africa as a business trip for a short time to cover work.
Qualification& Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any related field.- Excellent English-level written and spoken.- Very good knowledge of using immigration systems to issue and draft formal letters in both languages.- Very good in Microsoft Office package.- Analytical and Detail-oriented.Work Conditions:- Location: Haram, Giza- Days off: Friday & Saturday- Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
