Business Development Team Leader

  • Planning and organizing a daily & weekly and monthly sales activity on existing or potential clients
  • Develop and implement service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Develop and implement sales team plans to generate new leads and achieve target sales.
  • Research target markets and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend Exhibitions, conferences, and other events to promote the company’s products or services.
  • Prepare and review reports on sales performance metrics for management review.
  • Track and update client data on CRM
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team on all related matters .
  • Communicate efficiently with current and new clients through various communication tools

Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.Experience in the same field Special in ( Training or Recruitment )Presentation & Negotiation  Skills.Handling.Languages: Fluent English.Details Oriented.
