Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements and timelines.
- Design, document, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop automated tests using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Track, report, and manage defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into the development process.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to validate system behavior under various conditions.
- Analyze QA processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices in software testing.
- Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, cases, and results, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in software testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a focus on ( Testing Performance - Automation Testing )Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
