Senior Solutions Sales Manager - LV/MV switchgear

JOB OVERVIEW

The company is multidivisional and has strategic partnerships with major multinational players In Low voltage (ABB Authorized Panel Builder) medium voltage switchgear, Industrial Automation and Lighting. Through recent years we have established a wide footprint in Electromechanical Projects. The company would like to continue its growth by appointing strong candidates with existing network of customers to lead the sales in the different segments. The purpose of this position is to achieve specific sales targets for:


(1) Low voltage and Medium Voltage Switch gear

(2) Lighting

(3) UPSs

(4) Services and Retrofit projects

This very important role should enforce the company’s efforts for continuous growth. The position offers a great potential for the right candidate to grow within the organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Managers to lead our sales efforts in the different segments. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the same industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy and Planning:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Low Voltage, Medium Panels, Lighting, Services, and UPSs market in his segment.

· Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, both individually and for the sales team, in alignment with company objectives.

· Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to expand the company's customer base.

Sales Operations:

· Achieve sales targets in his segment per product

· Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the senior management team.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Team Management:

· Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback on the job to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.

Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their specific needs and requirements.

· Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions that address customer challenges.

Business Development:

· Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target industries to position our products and services as the preferred choice.

· Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, showcase products, and gather market insights.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in a similar for 5-10 Years

· Electrical engineer with minimum15 years of experience in projects environment

· Presentable

· Strong database of customers

· High record of achievements.

· Owns car

· Team management skills

· Willing to work in sales and work under stress.
