Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using [specific software, e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project].

-Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, resources, and timelines.

-Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on schedule status.

-Identify potential delays and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.

-Conduct resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency.

-Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals.

-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning engineers and team members.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.

-Proficient in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
