We are recruiting for a cosmetics distribution company long-standing leaders in the Egyptian market

Position : Sales Key Account Manager/ Organized Trade OT Manager

Main responsibilities:

•Negotiate Annual Contracts with Customers while maintaining Channel Discount %. Also ensure at least same in-store and contract benefits (Shelf space, Extra displays, Pages in Leaflets, etc)

•Manage Promotion Budget to allocate to different customers ensuring customers satisfaction and help them achieve their annual targets that are proposed in the contracts. Also identify which customers are most profitable to our company and maximize sales for these customers

•Handle 4 Sales Supervisors 3 in Cairo and 1 in Alex,

o Ensure systematic ordering and receiving of products

o Eliminate out of stocks

o Ensure collection of cheques vs Issues invoices

o Routine Market visits to ensure sales supervisors and providing acceptable service level for their customers while maintaining good relationships with the customers personnel

•Partner with Company finance team to ensure accurate customer financials

•Partner with Merchandiser Manager to ensure merchandisers are covering all required outlets

•Provide sales reports to the sales manager and upper management

•Provide adequate trainings to his sales team and take them with him on his sales visits

•Penetrate new customers that the company doesn’t work with

•Must have be very competent in emailing, Excel sheets

Working hours:

from 10am to 6 pm

Days off: Friday and Saturday
