- Serve as the primary contact for Amazon, fostering a strong partnership and ensuring their warehousing and logistics needs are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams(warehousing, distribution, IT, customer service)to ensure seamless operations and meet Amazon’s requirements.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost-to-serve.
- Lead & being a part of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Identify and propose additional services (e.g.,value-added services, specialized storage, transport solutions) that would benefit Amazon.
- Proactively identify risks in operations that could impact Amazon's supply chain, such as delays, stock shortages, or system inefficiencies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relatedfield.Experience:Proven experience as a Key AccountManager (5-7) years in 3PL, logistics, or warehousing, with a strong background in managing e-commerce clients.Very Good Command in English
