We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role will provide strategic support in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management to ensure that our workforce is engaged and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with management to identify talent needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and support employee development initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR-related issues, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Guide managers in the performance appraisal process, provide coaching on performance improvement plans, and facilitate ongoing feedback discussions.
- Support change management initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational design to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and help develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs and partner with Learning & Development to implement programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, drive decision-making, and inform strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar HR role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
