Responsibilities

1- Receive import and export requests from Clients and review documents.

2- Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders Clients, Customs, governmental authorities, Shipping lines, Agents, and Transportation Subcontractors.

3- Creating ACI for import shipments

4- Make Air/Sea booking.

5- Reporting.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in international trade or commercial (the requirements may be relaxed according to individual ability) would be advantageous if working in a logistics company.
• Hard work, cheerful personality, good at communicating with others, and fast learner.
• English proficiency.
• High quality of Customer service efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to manage a team.
• 2:4 years Experience in the same position.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
