Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that align with our brand and drive sales growth in the home textiles market.
• Stay updated on global marketing tools and trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into campaigns.
• Lead all digital and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring the highest quality of branding and promotion.
• Manage market research to track customer preferences, industry shifts, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee content creation and strategy across various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to continuously improve results.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the textiles or home furnishings industry.
• Having an MBA is a plus.
• Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, with an emphasis on innovation.
