- Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the real estate development industry.Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and processes.Proficiency in contract negotiation and administration.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of procurement software and tools .
