- Set plans for, & searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
− Making technical presentations to show how a Company Facilities and Services can meet client needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery Period.
− Negotiating and closing Deals by agreeing terms and conditions.
− Follow up targets with sales team.
− Follow up Project stages through sales team with Company Departments and Client.
− Identifying and developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve the business target.
− Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
− Establish a communication method with HB staff in case any available Leeds appear to them.
− Follow up with top level clients, consultants and important Leeds for new tenders issued.
− Set priorities for the technical office regarding the tender HB participate in and assure that it is send to the clients and review with them through sales team to make sure that we satisfy all his needs in the project.
− After finalizing the project receive a testimonial letter from the client showing that HB has delivered all its work in a perfect way to add this testimonial letter to our prequalification.
− Training sales staff to assure that they follow HB code of conduct for sales department.
− Issue sales reports (quarter and half and annual) for sales quotation.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.− 10 Years of experience in sales – Steel pipe industry is preferable.− Excellent communication, selling and presentation skills.− Excellent in MS Office.
