Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Advanced certification in BIM management or equivalent.Excellent verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills in EnglishMinimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within large-scale projects.Proven track record of creating and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and addendums, including workflow and process maps.Extensive experience in QA/QC procedures, Asset Management, and COBie implementation.Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.Strong understanding of industry standards, including ISO 19650.Ability to create and manage BIM Execution documentation and contribute to a Center of Excellence.Expertise in developing thorough BIM execution documentation.Ability to contribute to the creation of a Center of Excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation in BIM processes.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for excellence in BIM management
