- Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target KPI’s through
- Monitoring production lines and workers to make sure they are running according to the set quality standards and required speed
- Calculating the OEE for each line on a daily basis to assess the lines’ efficiency
- Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to the production manager about the lines’ performance levels and give recommendations for improvement
- Supervise input of production results on ERP system
- Recording all machine downtimes and find the root cause
- Monitoring the hygiene, safety, and GMP standards in the production area.
- Supervising the delivery of finished products to the warehouse and receival of components
