Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Address employee issues and implement resolutions while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits, making recommendations for improvements.

Organizational Development:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and employee evaluations.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Proficient in HR software and tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.A firm, professional, friendly, and respectful personality with strong interpersonal skills.A genuine appreciation for people, treating manpower as the company's most important asset.Organized and able to work independently, with a passion for creating initiatives from scratch and a desire to learn continuously.
