HR Generalist

  • Design  and updating job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Conduct first interviews.
  • Prepare and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Follow up with Departments’ Managers with Technical Interviews Feedback.
  • Manage on boarding process. 
  • Prepare joining, termination papers.
  • Monitor employees’ files (employment documents).
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. 
  • Review Timesheets & employees requests. 
  • Prepare Monthly payroll report. 
  • Check & calculate employees’ overtime. 
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources.Very good knowledge of Egyptian labor law.Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HR System.V Good in English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills.
