Human Resource Recruiter

  • Conducts recruitment activities, Job Posting, receiving, screening C.V’s.
  • Arranging interviews schedule & assisting in doing interviews.
  • Assisting in Job Analysis & drafting Job Descriptions as needed.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Assists in gathering performance evaluation reports, and maintain filing and recording.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Participate in TNA and facilitate Training & Development Plans.
  • Reviews the company's policies and guidelines regularly and assure the effective implementation.
  • ​Perform other tasks as per needed.
     

 BA, of Business Administration or relevant.1 or 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Extensive knowledge of computer software (Windows and Microsoft Office),Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.Knowledge of office administration procedures.Problem Solving/Analysis.Ethical Conduct.Time Management​Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
