Administrative Coordinator

Bloom Business School is a leading provider of MBA, DBA, and diploma programs in business administration. We empower professionals with advanced knowledge and skills to thrive in their careers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

 

key Responsibilities:

  • Process and report on office expenses
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings. 
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Manage our learners’ payment installments and any payment delays.
  • Greet and assist new clients (learners), ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing staff leaves and coordinating team activities.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, Administrator or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic math skills. Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
