  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  •  Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  •  Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • manage admin & facilities ( office boys , house keeping ,stationary )

1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.professional attitude and appearanceExcellent organizational skillsv.good  English spoken & written Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
