Project Manager - MEP

• Participate in the management of design / procurement scope with engineering team for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems.
• Review project Contract agreement details and assure fulfilling its requirements
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Arrange with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Support in purchasing all the required Materials (Mechanical and Electrical), Equipment, Tools that requested by site.
• Control and manage project schedule, milestone progress.
• Attend meeting with different project stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports (activities progress update, cash flow, variations, claims etc.) to management.
• Ensure that projects are completed within set timeframes.
• Control cost and positive cash flow for the project.
• Understand MEP and Electromechanical design and installation drawings.
• Communicate with client and different project stakeholders to assure satisfaction.
• Follow-up client’s payments in time.
• Assure final project closeout and handing over.
• Review the submittals for the materials and approve it before supplying to site by contractor.
