Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that blend both digital (e.g., email, social media) and offline (e.g., print, events, direct mail) channels.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand goals, target audiences, and business objectives.
Offline Marketing Management:
- Plan and oversee offline marketing initiatives such as event sponsorships, trade shows, print ads, billboards, and direct mail.
- Collaborate with vendors, designers, and media agencies to ensure high-quality offline deliverables.
Event and In-Person Marketing:
- Plan and coordinate events (e.g., trade shows, product launches) to promote brand awareness and engage with key stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to leverage digital channels (e.g., live streaming, social media) to amplify the reach of physical events.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) and offline metrics (e.g., foot traffic, lead generation from events) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and offline marketing teams to ensure that all marketing strategies are aligned and mutually supportive.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure that both digital and offline marketing strategies complement media outreach and communication efforts.
Vendor and Partner Relations:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in offline marketing initiatives, such as printing companies, event organizers, and media buyers.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Develop omnichannel marketing strategies that provide customers with a seamless experience, ensuring that online and offline efforts complement each other.
