- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of the company's ERP system across all business functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and configure ERP solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of the ERP system, managing upgrades and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and maintain ERP-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Lead a team of ERP professionals and provide guidance, support, and training for internal teams.
- Analyze system performance and provide regular reports to senior management on system efficiency and usage.
- Oversee ERP vendor relationships and manage any third-party integrations.
- Stay up to date on ERP technologies and trends to ensure the company’s system remains at the forefront of industry standards.
A minimum of 20-25 years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale ERP projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex system configurations.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Experience with data security and compliance best practices related to ERP systems.GCC Experience is a must Excellent command of English language is a must
