QA Section Head - Quality Assurance

  • Conducting internal reviews of all departments, identifying non-conformities, taking corrective actions and following up on their implementation until they are closed.
  • Following up on the results of external reviews from external parties, identifying non-conformities, taking corrective actions and following up on their implementation until they are closed.
  • Following up and resolving customer complaints received, analyzing customer complaints to include them in management reviews, and conducting customer opinion surveys (internal/external).
  • Making an inventory of all measuring devices in the company (laboratories - factory) and giving them codes designated for them and including them in the annual calibration plan (external/internal).
  • Following up on the implementation of the external/internal calibration plan for measuring devices used in the company.
  • Calibrating laboratory devices according to a calibration plan that is developed after obtaining price quotes from companies accredited by the National Accreditation Council.
  • Ensure the application and implementation of the requirements of the standard specification for accreditation of laboratories ISO 17025
  • Maintain the main list of current versions of quality systems documents and laboratory accreditation
  • Issuing records and documents and amending or canceling them as well as distributing them according to the document control system
  • Keeping original copies of documents and records as well as external documents
  • Managing the internal audit program to ensure the effectiveness of implementing procedures
  • Communicating with external parties concerned with services (laboratory accreditation - quality system reviews - calibration).
  • Reviewing supplier evaluation to ensure supplier efficiency
  • Coordinating with the technical director of laboratories and the gentlemen responsible for various departments to establish appropriate training needs and include them in the training plan and follow up on their implementation with the Human Resources Department
  • Conducting an analysis of quality control data and providing improvement recommendations
  • Managing and implementing the collection of data related to customer complaints for the purpose of follow-up and continuous improvement and following up on the resolution of complaints
  • Studying the results of internal and external audits to take appropriate corrective and preventive measures and opportunities for continuous improvement

Proven experience as a quality assurance Head or relevant roleThorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standardsExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsGood knowledge of MS Office and databasesOutstanding communication skillsGreat attention to detail and a results driven approachExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesReliable and TrustworthyBSc/BA in business administration or relevant fieldCertification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
