The Senior eCommerce Specialist is responsible for driving online sales & overall ecommerce performance across search, merchandising, Catalog creation and overall experience on the app & web . This role plays a critical part in enhancing the customer experience, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring that the online store is always up-to-date and aligned with the company’s business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce operations, a keen understanding of online merchandising strategies, online search and the ability to manage large product catalogs efficiently.
- Ecommerce:
- Develop and implement eCommerce trading strategies to maximize sales and profitability across all digital channels.
- Analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and optimize product pricing, promotions, and discounts in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of promotional campaigns and drive traffic to the website.
- Report on key trading KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and online revenue.
- App Merchandising:
- Responsible of the online merchandising efforts to ensure products are presented in the most appealing and customer-friendly way.
- Curate product assortments, collections, and landing pages that drive engagement and sales.
- Optimize product placement, category structure, and search results to enhance the customer journey.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure product images, descriptions, and other content are of the highest quality.
- Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve site performance and customer experience.
- Catalog Management:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and organization of the online product catalog.
- Ensure product data, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory levels, are accurate and up to date.
- Manage the onboarding of new products and ensure they are properly categorized and presented on the website.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with SEO best practices to improve product visibility and searchability.

3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce business, merchandising, and catalog management. Experience is managing online search is preferred not mandatoryProven experience in driving online sales growth and managing product catalogs for an online retail business.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
