About Role:
This role will actively seek out and engage new prospects for our software as a service (SaaS) solutions in the Egyptian market.
The role involves meeting clients, understanding their business needs, promoting our IT services, and closing deals. This is an outdoor position that requires a proactive and customer-focused individual.
Responsibilities:
- Set up meetings with potential clients to identify their business needs and present our digital branch transformation solutions.
- Deliver engaging and customized presentations to demonstrate the value of our SaaS products and services.
- Negotiated contracts and closed sales, addressing client concerns with professionalism.
- Handle customer complaints and objections, working towards effective solutions that ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote our brand and expand client relationships.
- collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an outdoor sales representative, ideally in the IT or SaaS industry.
- A degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred, but college graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong experience in selling SaaS solutions within the Egyptian market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- A goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for IT sales and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office.
