- Greet and welcome visitors, providing a warm and professional reception.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and distribute them accordingly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the front desk is equipped with necessary materials.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic clerical duties.
- Support internal and external communication by managing emails and phone calls.
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.A positive, customer-oriented attitude and professional appearance.Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is a plus.
