Accountable for the organization’s applications start to end process
- Lead ticketed query system and ensures comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Resolve end-user support issues using enterprise-wide standards
and tools. - Establish, enforce, and maintain the data entry standards.
- Conduct trainings for staff and faculty.
- Support students in accessing and using their systems.
- Develop, support, and manage user interfaces, applications’
backend and third-party integration components. - Gather business requirements, functional designs, and tests cases
for support fixes, ongoing enhancements, and projects. - Create reports and dashboards.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documents and procedures.
- Lead systems integrations with all project stakeholders.
- Partake in the implementation of new solutions as per the business needs.
- Create automated jobs for database backups and any redundant tasks.
- Assist in the development of key strategic attributes for the organization’s application roadmap.
Coordinate with the vendors & other IT functions.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Assist in designing new projects as per business needs.
- Align and test new projects with the vendors.
- Maintains security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Ensures compliance with IT policies & procedures.
Technical Skills:Power BI reporting tool.Possess high level of testing techniques and scenarios Has a solid SQL background.Has a good T-SQL background.Has fair Database administration knowledge.Has a fair PHP background.Education: Bachelor of Business Informatics or in any relevant field.
