SEOUDI is looking for a 6 Month Contract Front office for our procurement division, You’ll be the first point of contact, transforming routine interactions into memorable connections.
Your Daily Adventuers will include:
- Building Relationships: Greeting and welcoming the clients & vendors, making them feel valued and at home.
- Multi-Tasking: Managing multiple appointments, managing schedules, and supporting various departments seamlessly.
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining an organized front office, Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Being A Communication Hub: Acting as the central point for information flow, Managing incoming calls, Emails and inquires; Directing them to the appropriate staff.
What do you need to succeed as a front office ?Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential.Technical Skills: You should be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.Language Proficiency: A strong command of English is necessary, both spoken and written.Organizational Skills: You should possess strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to resolving issues and addressing inquiries is important.
