- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee contracts, attendance, leaves, loans, monthly pay, annual raises and profit sharing, benefits, hiring and firing/ departure as well as the opening of bank accounts for new employees in accordance with established company policies and processes as well as labor laws and regulations.
- Expand the list of services and benefits provided to employees within the limits of the benefits policy and strategies set by the unit manager.
- Ensure the regular accurate and timely administration of regulatory requirements such as taxes and social insurance as well as externally provided benefits programs, and the timely handling of related employee complaints and problems.
- Respond to employee issues, questions and problems with internal compensation-related systems, policies, and processing, and to third parties (like banks, lawyers and benefits providers) requests associated with personnel and payroll issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep all HR records up-to date on a regular basis both in the manual and in the electronic filing system to ensure the accurate and timely filing of important documents such as insurance and tax information
- Ensure the timely submission of accurate analyses and reports that present and evaluate past personnel data (like for instance, car rental expenses on an annual basis) to aid managerial decision-making in HR-related matters, benchmark company salary structure and levels as well as benefits programs with the market, suggest changes to improve important outcomes like turnover, and forecast the impact of changes in HR policies and systems on HR costs.
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle managementStrong knowledge and practical experience in calculating and processing compensation taxes. Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefitsAdequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulationsBachelor's degree (highly preferred in business administration - accounting section)Experience 3 to 5 years in Payroll, compensation and benefits function.Excellent Command in MS. Excel is a must.Experience in using ERP system.Full knowledge of social & medical insurance law.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
