HR & Admin Supervisor

  • Develop HR plan and budget
  • Update organizational structure and job description, in addition to conducting job analysis whenever needed.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, including personnel
  • Develop a training and development plan
  • Update KPIs for all positions and link them with company and department objectives 
  • Acquire the best talent and retain them
  • Implement a complete cycle of PMS
  • Conduct a market survey to update the company's salary structure and employee benefits
  • Follow up on employee discipline, social insurance, and legal compliance
  • Implement motivation and retention programs
  • Follow up on administrative services provided to employees

Bachelor's degree in any field.5  - 7 years of hands-on experience HR field.Previous experience in import & export companies is preferredExcellent handling, communication, and negotiation skillsExcellent planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Excellent command of English languageExcellent user of MS Office & Odoo HRM
