- Set and Manage a recruitment plan based on the fact of the approved workforce plan to meet the strategic goals have been set by the upper management.
- Ensure all recruitment and selection activity works in alignment with the competencies frame work, job description and requires standards.
- Support the recruitment budgeting process, monitoring and reporting spend against plan and providing management information reports as relevant.
- Advertising vacancies internally and externally through various Recruitment platforms.
- Conducting & handling interviews for White and blue Collars.
- Pool of candidates then Screening CV's to select the good candidates to fit in our Company.
- Preparing a short list of selected candidates & contacting them for a screening interview.
- Administer all non-technical interview related tests (i.e. Computer Tests, IQ tests, English language tests, emotional intelligence tests)
- Follow up offers to exclusive accepted candidates, negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation.
- Work with managers to ensure that fair and robust selection processes are followed ensuring correct skills and behaviors are placed in the right roles.
- Create job offer and send it to the accepted candidate after the approval of the talent manager.
- Conduct exit interviews
Bachelor's Degree in any field.Experience in Recruitment from 2 to 5 years.Have Experience in Developing and Software PositionExperience in Construction industry is Must.
