Job description:

1- Composing & replies and follow-up updates on correspondences (Letters + Emails, chats, phone calls....etc.), reports, and organize further required actions.

2- Form offers to customers, Recommending product or service to customers, thoroughly explaining details, Follow up orders implementing.

3- Customers Contracts Negotiation, revising for Signing, Issue PI, commercial Invoices

4- Communication and follow up the customers to improve sales volume.

5- Maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns.

6- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.

7- Arrange statements, and payments requesting, follow up orders details and loading.

8- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met the plan.

9-Work with marketing department to generate new ideas and strategies.

10- Present the company in International Conferences, Exhibitions & Events.

11- Create new sales opportunities in same market & new market.

12- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to Develop opportunities in target markets.

13- Collect opportunities, and update CRM.

14- Form all calls & chats with Customers by formal mails.

15- Feedback all market changes, and competitors.

16- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
