- Responsible for managing the collection staff and distributing the workflow.
- Ensure full and accurate documentation of the collection process.
- Performing self-visits to big 10 customers in case of need for such visits.
- Review the current collection process, perform adjustments, and create a new one if required.
- Set a reasonable and smart collection plan with the collection team, monitor progress and deviations, and discuss weekly with the direct manager.
- Take direct corrective action with any irregular deviation and report promptly to the direct manager.
- Suggesting a new collection plan commission.
- Comply with the set collection plan and report any possible deviation before actual occurrence.
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/related field is a must.5-8 years of experience as a Collection manager is a must preferably in pharmaceuticals.ERP experience (preferably Odoo).Advanced Microsoft Office experience is a must.Good English language is a must.High level of efficiency and accuracy.Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data.Effective oral and written communication skills.
