We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of agricultural equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all machinery complies with safety and regulatory standards.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair agricultural machinery and equipment, including tractors, harvesters.Conduct routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures and extend the life of machinery.Perform diagnostics to identify malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency of equipment.Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and parts replacements.Order and manage spare parts inventory.Provide technical support and training to equipment operators on proper use and maintenance practices.Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in agricultural machinery.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering .Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintaining agricultural or heavy machinery.Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for agricultural machinery.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues and find practical solutions.Attention to Detail: Ability to perform meticulous inspections and accurate documentation.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to work effectively with team members and operators.Personal Attributes:Proactive and Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative in resolving problems.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Safety-Oriented: High awareness and commitment to following safety procedures and protocols. Must have a car or Residents of 6th of October - Sheikh Zayed city.Work location: Km 58 Cairo – Alexandria desert road (Exit 5)
