Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing best practices across all social media platforms. This role includes content creation, scheduling, and posting, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong online presence. The candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies that align with company goals.Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all platforms.Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to generate content ideas and ensure cohesive branding.Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.Work with influencers, partners, and external stakeholders for content collaborations and promotions.Ensure all content is optimized for engagement and performance, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.Schedule and post content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Assist in developing paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.Creating engaging and original social media content following trends.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, etc.).Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and scheduling platforms.Ability to analyze performance metrics and create actionable insights.Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Creative thinking and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in running paid social media campaigns.Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.Familiarity with social media trends in the Middle East region.Salary: Competitive, based on experienceEmployment Type: Full-time
