- Use and maintain MRP data as the primary planning system tool.
- Raise Purchase orders from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements.
- Review historical data including sales trends, research demand drivers, material on time delivery, commodity spends within production. Coordinate research data to identify significant variances. Share, communicate and report on variances to both internal and external supply chain.
- Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements.
- Make safety stock for all the needed materials based on the lead-time for delivering the materials.
- Assist in resolving the potential shortage situations by proactively managing inventory levels at the warehouses.
- Provide input in developing departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product introduction and phase-outs.
- Facilitate the monthly production planning process by working cross functionally with Sales, Production and Finance.
- Work with manufacturing locations to properly prioritize production plans.
- Monitor adherence to plan.
- Participate in the annual budget planning through working with Sales in generating the strategic annual sales volume.
- Perform production capacity planning studies.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in business related discipline.1-2 years of experience in a similar position.Very Good standard of written and spoken English language.Advanced Communication & Computer SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with suppliers, production teams, and other internal stakeholders.Advanced skills in data analysis, with proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI and other relevant software.Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially in raw material procurement and planning
