Job Description:

The Academic Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the academic department. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

-Academic Administration: Managing course schedules, student records, and academic policies.
-Faculty Support: Assisting faculty with course materials, logistics, and administrative tasks.
-Student Support: Providing guidance to students on academic procedures, course selection, and other academic matters.
-Communication: Effectively communicating with students, faculty, and administration regarding academic matters.
-Event Coordination: Organizing and coordinating academic events, workshops, and conferences.
-Program Development: Supporting the development and implementation of new academic programs and initiatives.

Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.*Fluent English Ability is a must.*1-3 years of working experience as customer services,                                                                                                        * Strong organizational and administrative skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
