Bachelor's degree in EngineeringA minimum of 10 years experience in the Construction industry / 5 years experience in Contracts & ClaimsExcellent command of Business English (Speaking, reading, and writing).Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Strong problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise during project execution.Keeping abreast of changes in construction laws, regulations, and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
