- Setting the sales and marketing targets for the company.
- Managing sales progress on daily, monthly and quarterly basis to achieve the annual sales targets.
- Following the collections.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
- Representing the company in meetings with developers, owners, architects and decision makers in seminars, conferences, exhibitions or any other similar events.
- Setting selling prices for aluminum and accessories, discounts scheme and credit facilities for company customers.
- Preparing accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly aluminum and accessories sales.
- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Preparing Sales and marketing business plans.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Coordinate the organization’s sales, marketing and development departments to execute marketing projects.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Following all new products / projects and spreading the news through the company and the market.
- Holds regular meetings with sales staff, supporting them to solve any problems.
- Preparing and submitting monthly sales report to the top management.
- Attending Exhibitions outside Egypt searching for exports opportunities.
- Following Export customers in their requirements (technical or financial).
More than 10 years of Work Experience in Related Industries.Good understanding of the construction / Aluminum industry.Engineering Bachelor degrees from reputation University & MBA holder is prefered.Proven experience in the management and delivery of projects.Fast ability to communicate with multiple nationalities and cultures.Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.Very Good Command of English LanguageERP software literal.Understanding of budget management.Excellent Presentation Skills.Team work firm believer and trainer of junior staff and subordinates.
