- Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Performing a variety of Organization Development tasks such as drafting Job Descriptions, Organization Charts, Market Salary research, and following up on the performance Evaluation process.
- Designing and drafting Key Performance Indicators.
- Responsible for analyzing performance appraisal results and submitting periodic and adequate reports.
- Responsible for preparing training programs, tools, and materials to ensure the best outcome for each training class.
- Evaluate the quality of training courses and suggest and implement improvements.
- Design Employee Engagement programs
3 to 5 years of experience working in various OD activitiesExcellent communication skills. Excellent in Microsoft Office and Visio. HR Diploma is essential. English Language is a must.
