We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks; the duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and other departments in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up the training cycle.
- Follow up on our accounts and in-store training.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
- Respond to emails and other online queries and correspondence.
- Update information in databases to make a daily and monthly, yearly report.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and internal training sessions.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
Requirements and skills:Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or relevant role Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) is a mustProficiency in writing business emailsExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskBachelor’s degree in business, or a related field Proficiency in English ( Writing and speaking) is a must
