- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with departments to anticipate purchasing needs.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities .
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and suppliers.
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders and deliveries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.Experience At least 1 year Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
