As our team is expanding, we are on the hunt for additional qualified Call Center Agents to join a fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide courteous and professional phone support to customers.
- Update customers account data, as required.
- Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues.
- Fulfill all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor.
- Other duties might be assigned.
