Recruitment Specialist

  • Commit to the HR Department's strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for the cycle of recruitment, including:
  • - Create and publish job ads in various portals, 
    - Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
    - Resumes and job applications screening.
    - Conduct initial screening by phone to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
    - Conduct initial interviews with candidates in person when the HR manager assigns.
    - Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
    - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    - Maintain a database for the hiring process.
    - Participate in job fairs that the HR manager assigns.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, and assist the HR manager in setting qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Responsible for the documentation cycles such as employee documents and database management.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the other HR functions.
  • Maintain submitting regular reports for the assigned HR activities and transactions.

- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems- Strong interpersonal skills.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent active listening, and presentation skills- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
