  • Utilize data analysis to provide insights into HR metrics, including time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.​
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment and labor laws in the software industry.
  • Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and adapt policies accordingly.​
  • Set and monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on job descriptions.

Job RequirementsProven experience as an HR Generalist.Emphasize familiarity with HR software/tools relevant to the software industry.Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.Excellent communication and people skills.Aptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
